The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue a, appropriate writ, order or direction more partrcularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandal-nus, declaring the aclion of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving tJle application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner the H.No.2 _56 / 33 /g lB/B/part in Grama Kantam (admeasuring l2O sq.yards + 120 sq yards) total admeasuring 240 sq.yards out of 4gO sq.yards situated at Khanarnet (V), Serilingampalty (M) Ranga Reddy District, T S bounded by North: Neighbours House, South: House No 2-56133/8/BlB/part, East: 25 ft wide road, West: 25 ft wide road as illegal, null void arbitraqz and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the gft respondent,.

Today, rvhen the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned cou.n se1 for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petirion is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.p.No.SZOf z of 2O15 dated 18.12.2015 and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present writ petition also''lhe same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleirder as well as Iearned Sta:rc ing Counsel for the respondents' S.Inviewoftheabovesubmissionsandforthereasons'alikein the order of t-ris (lourt in W.P.No.32614 2Ol5 dated t8 12 2015' this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners t': hle online application seeking electricity service connection tc tho petitioners subject prerrises bearing H'No.2-56/33 /BlBlBlPart in Grama Kantam (admeasuring l2O sq.yards + l2O sq vards) total admeasuring 24(l sq'yards out of 48O sq'yards situar'ed ett Khanamet (V), Serilingtr.mp,ally (M) Ranga Reddy District, Telar:rgana State' within a peri,td of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon rece'.pt of such an application, respondent Nos'2 to 7 are directed to consiler the said application of the petitioners for release of the electr lcity power supply to the petitioners subj ect property within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is however observed that 3 if respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioners application granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioners subject property, the same shall be subject to further direction,that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon,ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 72.9.2072 passed in Writ petition No.20407 of 2OOg and batch.
