Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. 1 & , With the corrsent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for clisposal at the stage of admission.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitione::s that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.p.No.32t11,4 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 and requested this Court t,r piass similar order tn the present writ petition also. The, same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel frrr the respondents.

In vievr of the above submissions ald fcrr the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.p.No.l)26 14 2015 dated 18.12.2015, this writ petition is dispor;ed of permitting the petitioners to hle an online applir:ation seeking electricity service connection to the petitioners, subject premises i.e., H.No.2-56l33/B/B/B/pafi, iyy.. I I 3 Grama Kantam, (admeasuring l2O Sq. yards plus 120 Sq. yards), total admeasuring to an extent of 24O Sq. Yards, (out of 480 Sq. yards), situated at Khsnamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed consider the said application of the petitioners for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioners' subject property within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is however observed that if respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioners' application granting release of the electricit5r power supply to the petitioners' subject property, the same sha,ll be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon'ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch. 1 4
