With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself

Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2 in not receiving the document presented by the petitioner for the Car Parking No.5, in Stilt Floor, having Plinth area of' 72O Sft., in the building known as SANDHYA APARTMENTS standing on Plot No. 16, in Survey No. 359/1 and 359 13, situated at SARDAR PATEL NAGAR, MOULA-ALI, within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Malkajigiri Circle and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the petitioner hled the present writ petition. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Re1;ist:ation submits that without presenting the documerrt, the petitioner has approachr:rl this Court seeking resistration of the document. If the petitioner presents the same before the Registering luthority, the respondr'nts will receive the same and follov,, the procedure as contem1) ated under Section 71 of the Reqil,,tration Act, 1908 (fcrr sl.rcrt, 'the Act, 1908').

In view of the above made submissions coupled with the provision under Section 71 of the Act, 1908, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release the subject document, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has arly objection, by duly asslgnlng reasons ln support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject document registered. There sha,ll be no order as to costs.
