2. Petitioncls herein are clain.ring tha[ they are the absolute owners and possessors ol the land situated at Kojjanavanapatty Vitlage, Navabpet Mandal, Vikarabad District. The details of extents; survey numbers etc., are specifically mentioned ln paragraph No.2 of the writ aftrdavit. ln proof of the same, they have filed old pattadar passbooks and sale deeds. They have filed online applications through Dharani Portal vide I.D.Nos.2863 3 400001 31 43, dated I 5. 15.10.2024, 30T082100004771, dated t6.t0.2024 and 30T168800005011, dated 17.10.2024, to respondent No.4 seeking : rectilication ofentries in the revenue record. Despite receiving and 2 acknowledging the said applications, respondent fl .4 did not act upon the sarne. Aggrieved by the said inaction of ri:r pondent No.4, pctitioners f rled thc present writ petition. l. Respondent Nos.5 and 6 herein filed the u L t pe tition i.e., W.P.No 3l903 ol 2021. In con.rpliance with the said order, respontltt I Nos.5 and 6 havc filed applications for which respondeut No..l has issued an cnclorsement vide bearing No.Dl/14148/2021 , da<.1 13.09.2022, directing the petitioners therein to make onlint: ipplications tn Dharani Portal along with the relevant documentarl , vidence

5. That being the case, petitioners hereiu are tht: cspondents in the aforesaid writ petition, who have filed applicati, ns in Dharani Portal. The said applications are rejected in a mecL,inical manner with a single word "Court case pending". Chall,rr ging the said rejection order, petitioners filed the present writ pet't on 3

6. l-earned counsel fbr the petitioner rvould contend that their names were mutated in the revenue l'ecord in respect of the subject and pattadar passbooks wcrc also issued. 'fhc subject land is t II situalccl in various survey numbers including Sy'No'65 However, the unofficial respondents have fited W'P'No 3l90l ol 2021 seeking relief in respect of land in Sy.Nos'65 and 103, situated at Kojjavanampalli Village, Narvabpct Mandal, Vikarabad District' without considering thc afbresaid aspects, the olficial respondents rejected the applications subrnittcd by the petitioners in a mechanicaI manner. 7 . Whereas, Mr'.L.ltavinder, learncd Assistant ' Govemment pleadcr for Revenue, on instructions, $,ould subrnit that pctitioners have submittecl applications in Dl.rarani Poltal, which is not in existence. He further submittecl that whcn the Court case is pending, applications canuot be considered by the Competent Authority. Therefore, respondent No.4 has rightly rejected the applications submitted by the petitioners.

8. In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
