Ai1 the respondent parties have appeared and hled their counter afhdavits and on going through the counter afl-iclavits and considering the rival submissions' this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners have to approach the Civil Court toestablishthelocationoftheirplots,sinceitisnotr,r.ithinthe lavout in rvhich the respondent No'8 has the land' .--- 2

It is submitted that the petitioners' plots are located in Survey No.4/A, which is adjacent and aiong the plots of the respondent No.8 and the respondent No'8 has closed t[-re rcad between the plots as her own land and has constructed the pre- cast compcund wall, obstructing the entry of the petitioners into their plots
