It is stated that the petitioners arc the owners and possessors of the agriculture land to an extent of Ac.l.OO guntas in Sy.No.292l I / 1 and Acs.2.OO guntas in Sy.No.292l 1/2, situated at Inugurrhy Viltage and Mandal, Mahabubabad District. It is further stated that.the names of the petitioners were reflected in all the revenue records as pattadars and the revenue authorities also issued e-pattadar pass book bearing Nos.T25O8O081848 (Khata No.60216) and T2508OO82651 (Khata No.60787), respectively, under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar 1 CVBR, J ,Vp_l I 353 -2025 Passbooks Acl, 2O2O.
