Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsei appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated L7.o4.2025 tn w.P.No. tL414 of 2024 passed by this court, the registering authorit5r was registered and released the document submitted by the petitioner. In view of the same, cause of action does not survive and no further orders a-re required to be passed in this matter.

3. Recording the a-forementioned submission, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. I
