pendency report from the PO, ITDA Eturnagaram (Bth respondent), Smt. R.Jyothi Rani, ABO, was not still promoted to the post oF Forest Beat Officer, w.e.f .20t2, with all consequential benefits on par with other ABOs appointed in the same batch. DISCUSSIO N AND CONCLUSI ON:-

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the respondents brings on record, letter Rc.No.52 7 Ll2Ot2lSL. dated 29.o7.2()25 addressed bv the District Forest Officer. Muluqu District to the Governm nt Pleader for Forests, Hiqh Court of Telanoana. 6, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in view of the pendency of the report from the Project Officer, ITDA, Eturunagaram i.e., 8th respondtsnt herein pertaining to the verification of ST local Schedule Area Certificate of. the petitioner, the petitioner could not be promoted to the post of Forest Beat Officer w.e.f. October, 2O12 with all consequential benefits on par with other Assistant Beat Officers appointed in the same batch, therefore, appropriate orders may be passed, directing the Project Officer, ITDA, Eturunagaram/8th respondent herein to forward the report/certificate pertaining to the 4 SN, J ST local schedule area certificate of the petitioner herein and upon the receipt of the said report form the project Officer, ITDA, Eturunagaram/gth respondent, appropriate orders would be passed by the respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein, duly considering the request of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Forest Beat Officer w.e.f. October, 2Ol2 with a[ consequential benefits on par with other Assistant Beat Officers appointed in the same batch in accordance to law, within a reasonable period.
