2. Considered the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record. The case of the petitioner is that his late father was the

3. pattadar and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac'7-15 gts., in Sy.No. 160/8, situated at Guwala Dinne Village, K'T' Doddi Mandalam, Jogulamba Gadwal District, having acquired the same under Sadabainama dated 20.06. 1969. It is also stated that the name of the petitioner's father is reflected in the revenue records ant $rat, after his demise, the pelitioner succeeded to the said 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.11159 of 2025 property. It is further stated that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.I2.2024 in prajawani, seeking \ regularization of the sadabainama dated 20-06.1969 and mutation of the subject lands in his name and also to issue e-Pattadar Passbooks. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even after receipt of the said application, till date, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, l97l (for short 'ROR Act, 1971J has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for short 'ROR Act, 2O2O), wherein no powers have been conferred on the revenue authorities for regularization/validation of the sada bainama. It is further submitted that even the ROR Act, 2O2O was also repealed and replaced.with the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024 (Act No.1 of 2025) (for short "ROR Act, 2024"), wherein powers have been conferred on the revenue authorities for regularization of unregistered transactions but the date of enforcement of the said Act is yet to be notihed in the Official Gazette. }- 3 CVBR. J W.P.No.l U59 of 2025 S. [n view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petit.ion, leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh application under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2o24,once the same is brought into force. In the event of making such application, the respondents shall examine and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act, 2024 and the Rules made thereunder. 6 With the above observations, No order as to costs this Writ petition is disposed of.
