2. Heard Mr.T.Surya Satish' learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader attached to the Office of learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of respondent No' 1

The impugned order in G2lll27 12023 dated 08.O4.2025 was passed based on common order passed by this Court in WP'Nos2137O and 14536 of 2024 dated 2O.O1.2O25 whereby the respondent authorities were 2 directed to take further action in terms ol.sectiorr 1S(2) and 15(3) of the 2013 Act after graxting a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Thereafter, the Distnct. Collector, RajanrLa Sircilla District has issued ncticr: to the petitiorrers on O2.O3.2O25 and hearing was conrlucted on 12.O3.r02i; ancl petitioners submitted reprer;entirtion and request=d to u,ithdraw the Land Acquisition pt.ocer:dings 12.03.212:j The District Collector, Rajanna Sircillr District in his crdr:;_ dated 08.O4.2025 stated that tte o:jections raised )\. the petitioners cannot be consride;.ed and disposecl of the petitioner under Sections I 5(2 ) a rd (3) of the 20I r A:t and steps would be taken to c()mplete the lald acqrrisitjon as per the provisions of the 20 I3 Ar:t.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearlng on behalf of respondent No' 1 would fairly submit tl;at per se the order of respondent No'2 dated 08 04'2O25 is not in terms of Section 15(2) and (3) of the 2013 Act and respondent No'2 ought to have made a report to the Government for taking finai decision'

6. Learned. counsel for the petitioner would further submit that already water is flowing in the subject property and now the lald is deemed to be acquired by the respondents and compensation has to be paid in terms of the provision of the 2013 Act'
