Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the proceedings dated 06.09.2016 in File No.D/ i35O/2015 passed by the respondent No.2, whereby mutation orders lvere passed in t ) respect ol land in Sy.No.246, situated at Ca1 anpahacl village, Shamshabad \'l ar-idal, Ranga Reddy District r_L 1avour of thc respondcnt No..l Temple, as illegal and arbitrarr. -

Learned counsel lor the petitioner furthcr submits that, in the inrpugned pr-oceedings datecl 06.Og.2Ol6 in \ o.D/1350/20lS, the respondents relied on the orders of thr: \ndhra pradesh Lokayukta in Lr.Dis.No.3 t54 l2Ot3 and :165/2012 and. l9o9/2olol 81 lLokl6416120r5 dated rr.r2.2( r5 and the said orders of the Lokayuktha were set_aside by a _ ivision Bench of this Court uide order dated O9.03.2021 in W.I,.l o.4449 of 2OlZ. In view ol the same, the very basis for passi: 3 the intpugned proceedings herc'in no longer survives. Thereforr: learned counsel I 3 for the petitioner requested this Court to allow the Writ Petition by setting aside the impugned proceedings dated 06.09.2016 and remanding the matter to the competent authority, rvith directions lo issue notice to the petitioner and the respondent No..l-Temple and to afford an opportunit_v of hearing

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with re gard to the disposal of W.P.Nos.45752 of 2016 and 36563 ol 2OlB uide common order dated 22.07.202L and also W.P.No.42444 of 2016 uide order dated 27.08 .2021 and requested to pass appropriate orders

6. In vies, of the submissions made by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the proceedings dated

06.09.2O16 in File No.D/1350/2015, passed by the respondent No.2 Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, to the extent of the subject lands of the petitioner in Sy.No.246, situated at Gaganpahad village, Shamshabad Manda,l, Ranga Reddy District, on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice.
