The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue al appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual bervice connection to the petitioner Plot No.15, Survey No.11/7 (Part) admeasuring 7OO Sq.yards situated at Khanarnet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC Ranga Reddy District, T S, bounded by North: PIot No.16, Souttr: Plot No.14, East: 60'wide road, West: Neighbours Land as illegal, null void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individua-l service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Sth respondent".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.B and perused the record, 2

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is subm tted by the learned cour sel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ. petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.326 1.|. oi' 2015 dated 18. 12.2O15 and requested this Court to pass similar,rrder in the present writ petition also. The same is not seriously dislruted by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Sta:rc ing Counsel for the respondents.

In viet.of the above submissions and for the reasrns alike in the order of this (lourt in W.P.No.326l4 2Ol5 dated 18.1:2.2015, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to fi[e al online application st:eking electricity service connection to the petitioner's subject prenrise:; bearing Plot No.15, Survey No. I 1/7 (Part) admeasuring 70t) Sq.yards situated at Khanamet (V), Senlingampally (M), Under GJMO Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy ol this order. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 xe directed to consic.er the said application of the petitioner for release of the electr:it;ity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a pericd ol two weeks thereafter. It is hovvever observed that if respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner's application --\<,_ / 3 granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner,s subject propertJr,. the same shal be subjecr to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon,ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.9.2072 passed in writ petition No.20407 of 200g and batch.
