The IAACA,IA No.89 of 2017 has been preferred by the Claimant whereas the MACMA No.'1854 of 2017 has been prefer-red by the lnsurance Company.

2. The Ctaimant /AppetLant/ Peti tioner along with his counsel and the Senior Manager-Legal Ctaims on behalf of Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company have appeared before the Lok Adatat.

3. During the pendency of these Appeats, the Ctaimanti Appetlant/ Petitioner and the Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company have entered into a setttement and in pursuance of the same, they decided to withdraw their respective appeats by confirming the order passed by the Tribunat/Lower Court.

4. The said representation is recorded by confirming the Orders of the Court/ Tribunat betow. The amount if any remaining unpaid to the ctaimant(s) shatt be deposited by the lnsurance Company within one ('1 ) month from the date of receipt of the award, atong with interest.

5. On such deposit, the Claiman t /Appettant / Petitioner is permitted to withdraw his entire share amount.

6. ln v'iew of the above representation made by Appettant/ Petitioner/ Claimant and lnsurance Company, both the app',;rts i.e., MACMA No. 89 of 2017 and MACMA No. 1 854 of 7017 stand disposed of as withdrawn.

7. Court fee paid on these appeals shatl be refunded.
