3. Heard Sri Kotagiri Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No.1; Sri A.Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel for Northern Power Distribution Company ol Telangana Limitecl, for respondent Nos.2 to 6

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the partner of M/ s.Vinayaka Modern Rice Mills and she made an application before the respondents lor providing electricity connection to the above rice mill and after verification, the 2 P(.J lvp 1()926 2025 respondents issued an estimated letter, dated O1.06.2024, granting por,r,er supph, under TSI pass and directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 1O,37,08O. 10 paise for providing and allotment of the pou,er supph to the petitioner's rice milt. Consequently, the petitione r pa id the said amount on 30 .O9 .2024 through SBI. Horvever, the respondents have not provided/granted the power conncction to the petitioner's rice mill so far and when the petitioner approached the respondents, they have dodged the matter on onc pretext or the other. Therefore, learned counsel pravs this Court to direct the respondents to grant/provide electricity con ne ction to the petitioner's rice mill.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6, basing on the coun t(:r affidavit, submits that respondent No.5, addressed lettcr, datecl ,J5.O2.2025, to the petitioner inforrning that the right of way problem (ROW) aroused for extension of power supply to the petitioner's rir:e mill and the work is held up. Therefore, requested to submit conse n t to revise the estimate as per the field condition to complete thc rvork.
6. Having rcgard to thc submissions made by learned counsel for the respet:tive parties, this Writ Petition is disposed ol directing the pctitioncr to furnish her consent for revising the estimate. Upon receipt o[ such consent, the respondents are directed to 3 lu .l up 10926 2{)2; provide/grant electricity connection to the petitioner's rice mill i.e., H.No.22l/A/2/2, 222A, Main Road, Somaram Village, Saidapur Mandal, Karimnagar District, in accordance u,ith lau,; as expeditiously as possible.
