3. Heard Sri Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner; Iearned Government Pleader for Finance and Plarrning for respondent Nos.1 to 4; and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent Nos.S and 6

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has called for tenders for execution of works 2 PK,J rry toal2.2o25 ,. for constr tcti,rn of roads in Karimnagar District Purrsualt to the same. the ' petitioner-Company participatecl in t ae tender process a ed l;ecame successful in tenders for executing the rvorks. )onr;equently, respondent No,6 entered into agreemen,, dated 13.04 .2023 with the petitione r and- uid-e proceedings, dated 13.04.2023, work order w'as issued in favour of thr: petitioner. In compliance with the r;ame, the petitioner has executed the contract and completed the work. Being sar isfi e :d with the completion of work, the office of responderrt Nlo.6 had issued Token No.24372373'i6, dated

15.ll.2Ot.3 for an amount of Rs.14,50,6 11/- and Token No.2430176643, dated 05.1O.2023 for ar1 arxount of Rs.2O,Bri,913/-. However, the said amounts were not released o the petitioner so far. Therefore, l'larned counsel prays this (lourt to direct the respondents to rt:lease the aJoresaid amounts within a stipulated period ol time

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amounts/final payment to the petitioner-Company in pursuance of token Nos.2437237356, dated 15.11.2023, and 2430176643 dated O5. 10.2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
