This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: '...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, chanenging the action of the Respondents No.l to 4 in not reteasing the admitted amounts for completion of work i.e., Bridge on Road from Eridipally to Mutharam road in Shakarampet Mandat of Karimnagar District, executed by the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents I to 4 to release the pending bill i.e., ior thl work, Bridge on Road from Eridipally to Mutharam road in Shakarampet Mandal of Karimnagar District for an amount of Rs-67,82,6141 - (Sixty Seven Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand Six Hundred and Fourteen Rupees Only) vide Token No.242gg1o934 dated 27 .O9.2023, forthwith to the Petitioner account and pass...,, Heard Sri Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel for 3 petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning for respondent Nos. 1 to 4; and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent Nos.S and 6.
4. Leained counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has called for tender for execution of work for construction of bridge on road from Eridipally to Mutharam of Karimnagar HSlrict. Pursuant to the same, the 2 PK,J vP 10883,202s \ petitioner Cornpany participated in the tender process and became sucr:essful in tender for executitrg the work' Conseqr-rent1v, respondent No.6 entered into agreemont, dated O2.O5.20t2 i,,ith the petitioner and uide proceedings, dated l2.O5.2Ot 2, issued work order in favour of the petil.ioner. In complianr :e 'r'ith the same, the petitioner hal; exe cuted the contract mcl completed the work. Being satisfied with the completron c,f work, the oftice of respondent No.6 had issued Token Nc.24'.ZaBlO934, dated 27.09.2023 for al zrrnount of Rs.67,8i2,514/-. However, the said amount wzts noL released to the petitioner so far. Therefore, learned counsel crays this Court to direct the respondents to release the aforesaid arnount v ithin a stipulated period of time.

Having regard to the submissions made Lry learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ petition is irT disposed of directing the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner-Company in pursuance of token No.242881O934, dated 27.09.2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
