2. Heard Ms.G.V.S.S.Sruthi, learned couns€ representing Mr.G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petrtic tars and Heard Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for l-[ rre appearing for respondents No.1 to 7.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, che l-'nging the high- handed action of the respondents/police authorities in registe r ng Crime No. 580 2 .-' of 2017 under the influence of the unofficial respondents, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, upon completion of the investigation in Crime No. 580 of 2017, a charge sheet was filed, and the case was taken on file as Calendar Case No. 4839 of 2021 before the learned Vlll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kukatpally. After due trial, the accused were acquitted on 31 .07.2023. Hence, the contention of the petitioners does not subsist as on date.

5. I have perused the material available on record

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioners and the developments that transpired during the pendency of this petition, and in view of the fact that the proceedings in the said crime have culminated in an acquittal, it is evldent that the grievance of the petitioners stands effectively redressed. ln this view of the matter, nothing further remains in this petition for consideration.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. sD/- L.
