Attendant either on par utith the candidotes appointed as JpAs in the month of January,2oOo as per the notifitcttion d.ated 02.02.1999 or on par with Sri p. Rambabu <k others for th,e reasons stated supra.

In uieu.t of the aboue, the communicatr.ons of this Memo shall be deemed that the request oJ. petitioners haue been considered and examined in purstLance of the inteim orders dated 22.03.2018 in I.A.No.)j/2O18 in W.P.No.9459/2O18 of the Hon,ble High Court of Judicature at Hgderabad for the State of Telongana ond the State of A.P. and the orders of the Hon'ble High Court are implernented in their entirety. "
4. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners challenged the Memo dated O4.05.20 18, by Iiling W.p.No.35532 of 2018, however, the writ petition was subsequen y withdrawn. 5. No representation for the petitioners.
6. Considering the submission made by learned counsel Ms. Priyanka Singh, ald in view of the orders l)assed by the lst respondent-Chairman & Managing Director, vide Memo dated
04.05.2018, in pursualce of the interim order dated 22.O3.2OIg ; 3 passed by this Court in this writ petition' this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required in this writ petition.
