MADHAVI DEVI WRIT PETITION N0.10948 0F 202s ORDE R In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.7 in not issuing t, I fishing rights to the members of the petitioner society pursuant to the registlation dated 21.03.2025 as well as the action of respondent No.g in not providing police protection to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Vide interim order dated 15.04.2025, this Court had directed respondents No.12 and 13 to act upon the letter issued by respondent No.7 Cated 11.04.2025 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order. It is submitted that pursuant to the said direction, the respondents have issued fishing rights to the petitioner society and also provided police protection.

3. In view thereof, no further orders are necessary for this Fasli year in this Writ Petition and the Writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. 2 \,.P. No.10948 of2025 ,1
