Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI RAMAKOTAIAH KANDALA Counsel for the Respondents: SRI L-RAVINDER, AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C'V' BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1O794 of2025 ORDER It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac 1 13 guntas in Sy'No'208/ 1/3' situated at Dwarakunta Village' Kodada Mandal' Suryapet District, having succeeded the same after the death of her husband by name K Krishnaiah lL is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in ail the revenlle records title deed bearing and pattadar passbook and No.T2909O iO 0793 uide Khata No. 1339 was issued in her favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2o2o (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l. It is furthcr stated that though the petitioner's husband namewasrecordedaspattadarforthelandtoanextentof Ac.1.13 guntas, pattadar passbook has been issued in her favour only for the extent of Ac l -03 guntas instead of Ac' 1' 13 guntas and therefore, she submitted online application' dated 04 .O3.2025 seeking for passbook data correction and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook The grievance of the petitioner is that cven after receipt of the said 2 CVBR. J \llp 10794 2025 ,l::r application, the respondent authorities did rrot consider the same.
2. Considered the submissions made by the lcarned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, submitted that disputing the entries made in the revenue records of the ,vear 2O2O, trre present writ petition is filed and since no documents have been encrosed to the application to shou, that her husband was the pattadar of the land admeasuring Ac. l.13 guntas the present writ pctition is misconceived and liable to be dismissed.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of thc view that if the petitioner is having any documents in support of_ her claim that her late husband is the pattadar of fhe land admeasuring Ac.1.13 guntas and the said extent has not been recorded correctly in the revenue records, she is at liberty to make an application in Dharani portal in appropriate module, in accordance with the law in force. J wp 10194 2025 application being submitre d by thc petitioner, the respondent authorities shall consider the case of the petitioner for correction of the revenue entries and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook. In any event, if the petitioner has not satisfied with the requirements of the provisions of Lhe Act and the Rules made thereunder, pass a reasoned order and communicate the same lo the petitioner. Aggrieved by any orders passed rejecting for correction of entries, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before Lhe competent Civil Court, in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of thrce (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed o[.
