These Petitions coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petitions and upon hearing the arguments of sri MD ABDUL MATEEN QURESHI, Advocate for the petitioners in both the cRlps and sRl SYED YASAR MAMooN, the Additional public prosecutor for the Respondent No.1 in both the cRLPs and of sri M/s. HARSHEET REDDY LAW F|RM, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 in CRLP No. 5009 OF 2O2S and of Ms. B KEERTHI REDDY, Advocate for Respondent No.2 in CRLp No. 5051 of 2025. The Court made the fotlowing: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA ( CRIMINAL PETITION NOs.SOO9 AND 5051 OF 2()25 COMMON ORDER: These criminal petitions are filed by the petitioner/victim for cancellation of bail granted to A.1 by this Court in Crl.P.No.14613 of 2024 and A.2 in Crl.P.No.l5482 of 2024 in Cr.No.1686 of 2024 which was later re-numbered as Cr.No.94 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
2. Heard Sri Md. Abdul Mateen Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner in both the criminal petitions, learned counsel representing M/s.Harsheet Reddy Law Firm appearing for respondent No.2 (A.1) in Cr1.P.No.5OO9 of 2025, Ms. B.Keerthi Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 (A.2) in Crl.P.No.5O51 of 2025 and Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent- State. 2 .\\ \

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the both the accused are not cooperating with the investigating officer in investigation even after receipt of notice from the investigating ofhcer. Instead of appearing before the investigating officer, they are filing one or the other petitions for quashing and also filing writ petitions. As such, requested this Court to cancel the bail granted to A.1 and A.2.

On the other hand, learned counsels appearing for respondent No.2/A.1 and A.2 respectively undertakes before this Court that the accused will appear before the investigating oflicer whenever their presence is required. Further, the accused also gave reply to the notice issued by the investigating officer explaining their inconvenience to attend before him. Therefore, the question of cancelling the bail does not arise as such, requested this Court to dismiss these criminal petitions.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the accused are not cooperating with the investigating oflicer in the investigation. They are not attending before the investigating officer inspite of receiving notice from him. As such, requested to cancel the bail to A.1 and A.2. t"......-- I I i: , I I a I I I : i I I i 3
6. considering the submissions made by the respective counsel, this court deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.2/A1 and A.2 respectively in both the criminal petitions to appear before the investigating officer in connection with cr.No.94 of 2024 of on the fite of Inspector of police, Economic offences wing Police Station, cyberabad commissionerate, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on o8.09.2o2s at 11.o0 a.m., and on that day the investigating oflicer is permitted to give further dates to the accused if required for their appearance before him. 7 - with the above direction, both these criminal petitions are disposed of.
