BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1O753 of 2o25 ORDER This writ petition is hled seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the online application uide No. 2400035018, dated 3O.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner seeking for data modification with regard to land admeasuring Acs.2.OO gts., in Sy.No.83/86a1 Ac.1.00 gts., in Sy.No.83/86.6, Ac. 1.OO gts., in Sy.No.83/86a5, Ac.1.00 gts., in Sy.No.83/86a4, Ac. 1.OO gts., in Sy.No.83 / 7eeee2, total admeasuring Ac.6.O0 gts., situated at Veljarla Village, Farooq Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that due to inadvertence, mistake has been crept in the cause title in respect of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and sought permission of this Court, l-o rectif,i Lhe same. Permission is accorded.

It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural lands admeasuring Acs.2.O0 gts., in Sy.No.S3/86"2 Ac.l.OO gts., in Sy.No.83/866, Ac. 1.O0 gts., 2 \ in Sy.No.83/86a5, Ac.1.0O gts., in Sv'No'83/86t4, Ac'1'00 gts'' in Sy.No.83/ 7ee€e2, total admeasuring Ac'6'0O gts , situated at Veljarla Village, Farooq Nagar Mandal' Ranga Reddy District' having purchased the same through registered sale deeds uide document Nos.9732 of 2018, dated 24'05'2018 and 16604 of 2018, dated 30.08.2018. It is also stated that the petitioner's vendors are the absolute owners and possessors of the said Iand ' and their names were also recorded in the revenue records as pattadars and possessors ol the subject property' The case of the petitioner is that after purchasing the said property by way of registered sale deeds, the petitioner has made an online application bearing No.24OOO35O 18, dated 30 'O5 '2024 in th,e prescribed format of Dharani portai as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short, 'the Act, 2O2O) for data modihcation and consequential issuance of the pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondents have not mutated the name cf the petitioner and issued pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property' Hence, the present writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the fact tllat the petitioner purchasing the property under registered sale deeds and further submission of the application in the prescribed format of Dharani portal for data modihcation and consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property. He further stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, the respondents will consider the same.

In view of the said submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose o[ the writ petition directing the respondents to examine the said application bearing No.2400035O 18, dated 30.O5.2024 submitted by the petitioner for data modifrcation and consequential issuance of the pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property as per the provisions of the Act, 2O2O, atd if he fullils all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2O24, d,ated 28.02.2024, they shall consider the same and issue pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property. In the event if the petitioner is not entitled for the same, the respondents shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the .-.-\..........'.. 4 same to the petitioner. The respondents shall complete the said exercise within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
