VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.1076 L of 2O25 ORDER Heard learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Ple ader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admis;sion stage.
2. Having rr:gard to the manner of disposal of the V/rit petition at the admission stagr and the nature of /s involved, this Cout is of the view that notice to lnofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioners, in brief, is that the respo ndents-authorities, in particular the Stf, respondent is interfering in c vil disputes at the behest of the 6th respondent and threatening the petitioners with his personal life and libr:rty, even though this Court had granted interim protection in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.9374 of 2020, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as hi(lhly iltegal and arbitrary.

The petitoners further contend that aggrieved by the aforesaid action of the 5r' respondent, they had approached th,: 2nd respondent authority and lodged a complaint on 07.04.2025 and in :;pite of the same 2 is not being acted upon and thus, seek a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the aforesaid complaint.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 4 would submit that the respondents- authorities are not interfering in any civil dispute nor assisting the 6th respondent in the present Writ Petition in respect of land dispute existing between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that since the respondents-authorities are not interfering in the civil dispute, the petitioners cannot approach the 2nd respondent and submit representation dt.07.04.2025 for taking action against the 5th respondent without any basis and such action is only intended to prevent the 5th respondent from taking action against the petitioners if complained of. 7 . The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record. B. Having regard to the submissions made as above, and also taking note of the fact that the respondents-authorities have now informed this Court of the said authorities not interfering in the civil dispute as well as with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners herein, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed -not 3 I interfere in the civil dispute in respect of land in Sy'Nos'1730 and 733 of Gadwal Village and Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District'
9. Further, i' any action is warranted to be initiated aqainst the petitioners, the respondents-authorities are hereby directed to take action strictly in accord;lnce with law'
10. Subject t,l above observation and direction' the' Writ Petition is disposed of. No'lrder as to costs'
