4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, based on the representation made by respondent No.S, a cflme was registered, and during the course of enquiry, the petitioners were summoned to record their statements. It is, however, submitted that the respondents/police authorities have not interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioners and private parties, nor have they insisted upon cancellation of the sale deed dated 03 O3.2O17. He contends that the police action was confined strictly to the investigation of the complaint in accordance with law and that no unlaMul interference occurred
5. I have perused the material placed on record.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by both parties, and in view of the interim order dated 18.O9.2017, whereby this Court had directed the respondents/police authorities not to interfere in the civil disputes of the petitioners, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioners has been substantially redressed. There is no J material placed before this Court to indicate any further interference by the police subseqUent to the said order.
7. ln these circumstances, this Court finds it just and appropriate to make the interim order dated 18.09.2017 absolute, thereby restraining the respondents/police authorities from interfering in any civil disputes relating to the petitioners or from compelling them to cancel the sale deed dated 03.03.2017.
8. Accordingly, the interim order dated 18.09.2017 is made absolute, and the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed //TRUE COPY// SD/. A. JAYASREE AS ISTANT REGIST ECTION OFFICER To,
