I{eard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Stamps and I I I I 2 Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.S to 7 and perused the entire material on record. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition ls disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in similar matters for similar viliage, this Court passed Orders in W.P.No.3509 1 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024 and requested to pass similar order in this matter also.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration did not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
5. In view of the submissions made by the both sides and by following the Orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.35091 of 2023, dated 02.01.2024, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the Registering Authority to receive and process the subject documents submitted by the petitioners subject to the petitioners compiying with the provisions of the Indian I l I : I I I I I I I I l l I I ' l Registration r\ct. 19O8, ald Indian Stamps Act, 7899, AS expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse to register the documents 1ty specifically assigning the reasons and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
