Heard Mr, Mohammed Habeebuddin, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr. Godugu Mallesham, representing learned counsel Mr. G. 3. Leamed counsel for the petitioners submits that as the respondents/police authorities are interfering with the petitioners' land without any proceedings before them, this petition was filed seeking appropriate direction.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondents police authorities never interfered with the petitioners' land, as alleged in the petition. The contentions are unfounded, and thus prayed for dismissal of the petition.

5. Learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that the respondents No.5 and 6 are no way concerned with the allegations made in the petition and prays for dismissal and no particulars except bald allegations are made against them. Hence, prayed for dismissal.

6. I have perused the materials placed on record.

7. Having regard to the assertion of the petitioners made in the affidavit and coupled with the limitations of respondents/police authorities in civil matters, the respondents Nos.1 to 4 are directed to refrain from interfering with the disputes of the petitioners which are of purely civil in nature, save and except in strict accordance with law l, I \ J NTR,J W.P.No.3OO66 of 2OL7
