It is !;pecific case of the petitioner that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not considering the petitioner's representations dated 10.r1r3.2016, 18.05.2017 and 10.05.2019 seeking conduct of enquiry on the matter of illegal posting oF the respondent No.5 as Village Revenue Assistant as highly illegal, arbitrary, u nconstitution a I violation principles of Natural lustice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the present Writ Petition is fiteO.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the limited relief as prayed for by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put- forth by the petitioner vide petitioner's representations, dated 10.03.2016, 18.05.2017 and 10.05.2019 addressed to the 2"d respondent herein. fn the said representations, the petitioner had requested the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the appointment of the Sth respondent herein on the death 3 of the petitioner's grandfather on comPassionate grounds. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
5. petationer further submits the petitioner had requested official respondents herein several times to appoant the petitioner as VttA on compassionate grounds on the death of petitioner's grandfather, but however the official respondents herein postponed the said issue for years together and the 5th respondent herein cottuded with the then revenue Authorities and managed them and got the job on compassionate grounds on the death of petitioner's grandfather depriving petitioner's legal entitlement for the said job.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submats that the Writ Petition could be disposed of directing the 2"d respondent to consider the grievance of the petationer as put-forth by the petitioner vide petitioner's representations dated 1O.03.2016, 4
18.05.2077 and 1O.05.2019 addressed to the 2nd respondent herein within a reasonabte period in accordance to law, Z. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government pleader for revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Takinq into consi deration: 8 a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. b) The submissions made by the tearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearlng on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put-forth by the petitioner vide petitioner's representations, dated 1O.03.2016, 18.05.2017 and 1O.OS.2019 addressed to the znd , 5 respondent herein pertaining to conduct of an enquiry on the appointment of the 5th respondent, on the death of the petitioner's grandfather on compassionate grounds illegally, within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, after giving due notice to both the petitioner and also the 5th respondent herein and pass appropriate orders on the said representations of the petitioner and duly communicate the decision on the said representations of the petitioner to the petitioner herein. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/.K.
