It is stated that the petitioner is the owner arrd possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 1.34 guntas in Sy'No'521/1 situated at PadamatiKeshapur Vil1age, Bachannapet Mandal' Jangaon District, having acquired the same from her father' It is further stated that the petitioner has submitted online application uide No.2500 11,7454, dated 07.03.2O25 through Dharani Portal seeking mutation of her name in the revenue rccords in respect of the aforesaid lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for mutation of her name in the revenue records. Hence, the writ Petition. c Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended 3. that Section 6 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for shorl 'Act, 202O') confers power on the Tahsildar to update the Record of Rights when rights over land are acquired succession, survivorship, or inheritance. Legal heirs or through 2 family members must reach a consensus on how to divirlc the land and submit ei . oint agreement online . The Tahsildar, after rssrgning a convenient cia te and time, will verify the documents rrnd collect mutation <:ha-13es. Upon verihcation, the Tahsildar u.ill instantly upclaLe the r,:c r,rd.s and issue either a new oi updated Pa. tadar Pass Book-cum-Till,: Decd, along with an extract of the changcs.. The heirs are also required to furnish family detaiis for inclusion in the updated title deeds.
