Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage ln view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofhcial respondents is dispensed with'

Sri B.Manav Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in terms of the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the applications within 45 days from the date of the applications after collecting necessary charges'
