BHASKAR REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.lO58a of2025 It is stated that the petitioner is, the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O.22 guntas in Sy.No. lOSllIlAA/212, situated at Nagireddiguda Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired the same through Gift Settlement Deed bearing document No.263 I of 2072, dated 31.03.2012, executed by his mother by name Smt.G.Audiscshamma, who inturn had purchased the said property through registered sale deed bearing document No.23268 0f 2006, dated 20.1 1.2006. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed bearing No.614887 uide Patta No.653 in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made there under. It is further stated that when e-pattadar passbook was issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2 (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l, the said extent was reduced from Ac.O.22 guntas to Ac.O.1 1 guntas and as such, the petitioner made Dharani online application No.230OO349O8, dated 13.O2.2023 seeking for data correction. 5. This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application submitted for passbook data correction. Except stating that the application submitted by the petitioner is rejected by Collector, no valid reasons whatsoever have bee.n assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriatc action. Since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorities are directed to re-examine the petitioner's application No.23O0O3 49OZ , d,ated 13.02.2023 and if he is otherwise eligible and entitle dfil aU ^.rd the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.l of 2021, d,ated, l5.Ol.2O2l and Circular No. 1 of 2024, daLed 28.O2.2024, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance wtth law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of thc application.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
