2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and perlrsed the record.

The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0.01 guntas in Survey No.933/E/B/ 1, an extent of Ac.O.01 guntas in Survey No.933/E/B/2, an extent of Ac.O.05 guntas in Survey No. 1/E/B, an extent of Ac.O.OS guntas in Survey No.l /E / A/2, an extent of Ac.O.O6 guntas in Survey I I 2 No.B66/2lAlCl1, an extent of Ac.O.O6 guntas in Survey No.66l2lAlCl2, in total admeasuring Ac.O.26 guntas, situated at Uppar Maiyala Village, Gangadhara Mandal, Karimnagar District, having acquired the same from his ancestors. is further stated ..lt that the names of their predecessors-in-interest were recorded in the revenue records and the revenue authorities have mutated their names in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbooks vide passbook No.25370 and Khata No.887 in their favour. It is further stated that while updating the entries in the revenue records, when certain extent of lands are missing in the Dharani Portal, he submitted an application vide No.24OO086366 dated

24.08.2024 for correcting the said entries, and even after lapse of more than six months, the respondent authorities are not considering the same, to enable him to receive various incentives as investment subsidies sanctioned by the Government under various schemes for cultivation of the 1ands. Hence, this writ petition.

In vieu, of the above, since it is stated that the pctitioner has already submitted application for correction of the entries, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to examine the application vide No.24OOO86366 dated 24.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner satisfies all the requirements for I I 3 correction of the entries, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
