O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to set aside notice dated 27-09-2002 issued under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955. At the hearing, Sri S.Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the State Government issued G.O.Ms.No.901 dated 31-12-2007, providing for regularization of unauthorized constructions. He further submitted that in pursuance of the same, the petitioners filed an application for such regularization and that therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous with liberty the petitioners to pursue the said application regularization. Dated 27th February, 2009 C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
