2. Heard Mr. Mirza Aljaz Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Krishna Reddy Putta, leamed standing counsel for the Telangana Municipalities, appearing for respondent No'3'

3. tt is stated that the petitioners are the owners of the small plots situated at Manthani Village and Mandal, Peddapally District' which were regularized by the Tahsildar, Manthani Mandal' vide proceedings in File No.Bl/2/1999 in terms of G'O' Ms'No'508 (Revenue AS.I) Department dated 20'10'1995 by payment of regularization charges. Thereafter, due to some false complaints the District Collector' Karimnagar District' has set aside the proceedings oI the Tahsildar, Manthani Mandal' in File 2 No.B1/2/1999 r'rdc proceedings in File No.E3l3952l1 999 dated

28.05.2000. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed W.P. No.20259 of 2000, which was allowed by this Court by the order dated 01.08.2001. The E.O., Gram panchayat Off,rce, Manthani, pref'erred an appeal in W.A. No. 1446 of 2001 challenging the order dated 01.08.2001 passed by this Courr in W.P. No.20259 of 2000. However, the appeal was dismissed for default by the order dated 05.02.2009. Grievance ofthe petitioners is that respondenl No.3 is not considering their representations for allotment of house numbers in respect of their individual plots, as such, they are constrained to approach this Court.

4. Leamecl Standing Counsel l'or respondent No.3 submitted that appropriate action wilt be taken on the representations of the petitioners dated 2l .02.2025, in accordance with law.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the leamed Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to forthwith consider the representations of the petitioners for allotment of house numbers to their respective plots, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by affording i 7t/ To, \ J opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
