Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar \ Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Sri Srinivasa Rao Pachwa, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 and perused the record. 2

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is subnritted by the learned couns;el for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order daled 26.7 '2018 passed by this Court :rr W.P.No.26O85 of 2O18.
