The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Maldamus, declanng the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individua.l sernce connection to the petitioner H.No.2-56/ 10/2 in Grarnakaltam, admeasuring 149 sq.yards situated at Chanda Naik Thanda, lzzatbnagar, Khanamet (V), Seriiingampally (M), Under GHMC Ranga Reddy District, T S., bounded by North: House of D Kuniya Naik, South: House of D Kuniya Naik, East: 15 Ft Wide Road, West: 15 Ft \,\ride rbad as illegal, null void, arbitrar5r and consequently direct the respondents to receive application arrd to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the 8th respondent".
