Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Energz for respondent No.1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 and 3; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned , I Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject rnatter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.6O30 of 2O2O, d,ated 2O.O4.2020, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also. In view r,f the above submissions and for the reasorLs alike in the order of t.hi,; Court in W.P.No.6O3O of 2O2O, dated 20 04 2020' this Writ Petititn is disposed of directing the respondcnts to release the power supp,l1' to the premises of the petitioners subiect ro the compliance of Lhe terms and conditions and on furn ishing an undertakir-rg :o produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation within a prescribed perLod, and if no such occu[).tncy certificate is produced within such p'rriocl, it is open to thr: re s,pondents to take appropriate action in a ccordance with law.
