The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24205 of 2024 dated g'g'2025 and requested I I 2 this Court to pass similar order in the present writ petition a_lso. The same is not serl.usly disputed by the learned Governme:et pleader as well as learnr:cl Standing Counsel for the respondents.
