Wp.No.18768 of 2OLl and \A'P.No.26830 of 2007 challenging the proceedings under the UrLan Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, t976, are pending adjudication before this Court and construction undertaken by t re petitioner is subject to the result of the said writ petitions. He further submitted that the petitioners shall not claim any equities in case the aforesaid two writ petitions filed by the original owners/,iecla rants are dismissed.

3. In view c f the above, considering that building permission has been grantt:d to the petitioners pursuant to the order dated

08.04.2025 pas:;ed by this Court, the writ petition is disposed of making it clear t hat the construction undertaken by the petitioners ) shall be subject to the outcome of WP.No.1B768 of 2011 and WP.No.26830 of 2OO7.
