HASKAR REDDY F WRIT PETITION No.1O45l of20/25 ORDER: It is stated that the petitione are the successors-in- interest of the original pattadars and e petitioners' fathers and their siblings have acquired the lan to an extent of Ac. 15.OO guntas in Sy.No.S, situated ai I Shivarampally Jagir, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddj,, i District and out of the same, an extent of Acs.7.2O gunt4s was acquired for the purpose of construction of STP at l\,! iralam Tank uide Award No.5 o[ 2OO5 in File No.LAI2512OO1 3, dated 21.01.2OO6 and compcnsation was also paid. It is fl nrther stated that fior the re maining extent of Acs.7.2O guntas, they are entitled for grant of Pouthi Izafa, consequential m! ttation and issuance oI pattadar passbook and therefore, applications, dated 20.O4.2O24 and 2 of the petitioners is that even they have made online b .06.2024 . 2. Considered the submissions of ! ihe learned counsel for the petit-ioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learri ed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for spondent Nos. 1 to 4 and ) CVBR, J wp_10451_2025 u'ith their consent, this writ petit.ion is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that though the names of the petitioners' fathers have been recorded as pattadars for the subject land, the petitioners have to make application in appropriate modub of Darani Web Portal seeking for grant of Pouthi lzafa and consequential mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks duly enclosing all the necessary documents and it the said applicaLion complies with all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide Circular No.l l2O2l, dated l5-01-2021 and. Circular No.\/2024, datcd 28.O2.2024 and also the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2020"), their application would be considered in accordance with lau,.

As per Section 6 of the ROR Act, 2O2O, any person or persons u,ho ac<1uirc rights over land through succession, survivorship, inheritance and seeking to effect change in Record of Rights, afte r arriving at conserlsus among all the legal heirs on the manner o[ division of the land among themselves, shall '*el!*wr_ 3 CVBR, J Wp I04sl-2025 make an applica.tion, enclosing the joint agreement specifying individual shares to the Tahsil ar through the website prescribed for this purpose, for allo g availabl,e date and time as per the convenience of the periEons to appear before the Tahsildar

In view of the above submissiof rs and since the Tahsildar- respondent No.4 is conferred with th1 E power under Section 6 of the ROR AcL,.2O2O, this Court deerri s it appropriate to dispose I i o[ this writ petition, permitting the petitioners to make online apptication in appropriate module of Dharani Web Portal seeking lor grant of Pouthi Izafaf f Succession of the lands st a nd ing in the name of their fath] ers duly enclosing ali the neccssarv documents and in the evt ent of such an application being submitted, respondent No.+ i] s directed to examine and consider the same in accordance witll I the provisions of the ROR Hct,2O2O and the aforesaid circular issued by the CCLA. ln any event, if the petitioners are not ntitled for grant of Pouthi lzafa and consequential mutation an issuance of pattadar Pass book, respondent No.4 shall Pas a reasoned order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners.
