It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac 1'10 gutnas in Sy.No.73 and Ac-O.17 guntas in Sy.No.78, situated at Rachaluru Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered sale .deed bearing document No.39 I of 2O05, dated 04'02 2OO5' It. is further stated that the names of the petitioner and her predecessor-in-interest were recorded as pattadar in the revenue records and pattadar passbook No'592O41 uide Patta No. 1575 was issued in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 I (for short "the ROR Act, 197l"l' It is further stated that while issuing e-pattadar passbook No.T0511OI10827 uide Khata No. 1575 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l, the land to an extent of Ac' i ' 10 guntas covered by Sy.No.73/AA was found missing Therefore' the petitioner had submitted online Dharani Application, dated O1.O3.2O24 seeking for correction of the missing extent and consequential issuance of amended e-pattadar passbook The 1 CVBR, J wp _10456 2O25 grievance of the petitioner is that even after receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities did not consider the same so far.

2. ' Considered the submissions of the learned c ounsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravindcr, Iearned Assistan : Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nrts. 1 to 6 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposecl of at the admission stage.

3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbooks is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, 1971. Learned counsel further submitted that the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records are corrected by following due procedure.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has not disputed the submission of the application by the petitioner seeking for data correction and if the said I I , CVBR, J \Np 10456_2025 application complies with all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O, the respondent authori[ies would consider the said application

5. ln view of the above submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matler and since it is stated that pattadar passbook and title deed have been issued in favour of the petitioner under thc provisions of the ROR Act, 1971 and some of the entries therein were missing while issuing e-pattadar pass book i.e., land to an extent ofAc.1.1O guntas in Sy.No.73/AA of Rachaluru Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application No.AA26406523, dated O 1 .O3.2024 submitted by the petitioner and if she is otherwise eligible and entitled and fulfills all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. I of 2024, dated

24.02.2024, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 CVBR. J Wr 10456 2025
