The petitioners have activelr incorporated industria[ training into the curriculum, approved lr,r, AI(]TE, and the institution has been functioning for l S i, rars u,ith all necessary affiliations. Under G.O.Ms.No.66 date (l OB_CI9 _2OIO, continued b-v Terangana, a scheme reirnburses r r rtion rees for SC/ST/BC/EEIC/Minority students pursurnE posr_metric courses. The relevant departments verify appli:rrtions; online and approve l)ayments, after which the Finan<.r department issues token numbers, and funds are deposited into the institution's account annually. For the 2, i pe titioner lnstitution, Rs.2,OZ,2S,9OO/_ was approved for 2O2Ct-21 to 2023 21, with token numbers for Rs. l,3O,C; ,7OOi-, but payments rem,ain unpaid despite completion c I lormalities. 2. Heard Sri Sricharan Telaprolu, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondent Nos.2 to 6. Perused the record.

3. karned Government Pleader for Social welfare hled cor.rnter affidavit stating that in respect of BC/EBC Students the District BC Development Officer, Sanga Reddy has already sanctioned a total amount of Rs. 1,85,95,2O0/- (BC Rs. 16285700 + EBC Rs.23O95OO) to the petitioner Institution (Ratnapuri Institute of Technologz College of Polytechnic, Khanapur, Sanga Reddy District, out of which an amount of Rs.23,24,4OO/- (BC Rs.23O95OO + EBC Rs. 149OO) was already credited into the bank account of the petitioner institution. The remaining amount of Rs.1,62,70,800/- is pending at Government Finance Department which will be credited into the petitioner institution account in due course and petitioner without bringing these facts and without mentioning of the amount credited in their account before this Court has obtained the interim order in the writ petition.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel and a perusal of the record, it is clear that part of the I I \ \ 3 NB(,,, w.P No.1083a of 2024 sanctioned amount has already been rek:i sed and the remaining is under process. The petitioners ,rught to have disclosed the' receipt of Rs.23,24,4O0 1-. Howe.rt,r, considering that the remaining amount is undisputedly sanc.t oned and only pending with the Finance Department, this Cour.t directs the 7rh Respondent (Finance Department) to take apprc,I riate steps for early release of the balance sanctionerl amount of Rs. 1,62,7O,8OO/- to the petitioner institutior s, preferably within three months from the date of receipt ot 1 copy of this
