2. Heard Mr. N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Final payment of Gratuity Bill amount of Rs.12,58,575l- with DTO Token No.2523276189 dated 25.ll.2024, Gratuity Bill amount of I I l j Rs.3,47,425/- with DTO Token No.2523276208 dated 25.11.2024, and Commutation Bill amount of Rs.26,51,884/- with DTO Token No.2523276222 dated 25.11.2024, Commutation Bill amount of Rs.7,t9,401/- with DTO Token No.2523276233 dated 25.11.2024, Final Earned Leave and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill amount of Rs.21,26,908/- with DTO Token No.2522405044 dated 09.08.2024, AG Gross Provident Fund Final Payment Bill amount of Rs.20,89,831/- with Token No.2524135989 dated 06.03.2025 and Surrender Leave Bill amount of Rs.2,25,019/- with DTO Token No.2456873020 dated 11.03.2024, Medical Reimbursement Bill amount of Rs.1.08,000/- with DTO Token No.2445654650 dated
