It is further stated that the names of the petitioner and her predecessor-in-interest were recorded as pattadar in the revenue records and pattadar passbook No.592O45 uide Patta No. 1592 was issued in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the ROR Act, 1971"1. It is further stated that while issuing e-pattadar passhook No.TOS110110828 uide Khata No. 1576 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short 'the Act 9 ot 2O2O"l, the land to an extent of Acs.2.Og guntas covered by Sy.No.73/E 'a,as found missing. Therefore, the petitioner had submitted online Dharani Application, dated O1.O3.2O24 seeking for correction of the missing extent and consequential issuance of amended e-pattadar passbook. 2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 6 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbooks is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, l9Z1. Learned counsel further submitted that the entries made in thc pattadar passbook are only compilation of.-the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village and therefore, it cloes not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records are corrected by following due procedure.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, has not disputed the submission of the application by the petitioner seeking for data correction and if the said , I -) CVBR, J Wp_10470_2025 application complies with all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O, the respondent authorities would consider the said application.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and since it is stated that pattadar passbook and title deed have been issued in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the ROR Act, 7971 and some of the entries therein were missing while issuing e-pattadar pass book i.e., land to an extent of Acs.2.2O guntas in Sy.No.73/E of Rachaluru Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application No.AA2640647 l, dated O 1.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner and if she is otherwise eligible and entitled and fulfills all t\e requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No. 1 of 2027, dated 15.01.2O21 and Circular No, 1 of 2024, dated

28.02.2024, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a coPY of this order. r 4 CVBR, J Vrp-10470 2025 6 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
