Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.9792 of 2023, dated 11.04.2O23, and requested I I 2 PK,J Wp LO+za 2025 this Court tc, pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as wr:ll as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents'
