VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. 12785 of 2021 ORDER The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that basing on the complaints made by the petitioner on 12.05.2021 and
19.05.2021, the respondents-a uthorities are not initiating action by registering the FIR against the unofficial respondent herein, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents, and perused the record.
3. Having regard to the nature of /ts involved in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for official respondents submits that the respondents- authorities on receiving the complaints made by the petitioner, have made a GD entry and after causing preliminary enquiry, closed both the said I I complaints on 30.05.2021 by noting the same as "civil in nature"; and that the petitioner was also informed of the action taken by phone call.
