VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. lO7O9 of 2o25 ORDER: Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Gbvernment Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofhcial respondents is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that there are inter se disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.6 to I0 herein, who are his business partners, regarding running of a rice mill in the name and style of 'M/s Sri Saibaba Binny Modern Rice Mill'; that in the running of the aforesaid business, loss has occurred; that respondent Nos.6 to lO by influencing the 3'd respondent, are coercing and harassing the petitioner and his family to take entire loss by himself, even though the business is carried in partnership; and that the 3.d respondent 2 rs thus involving/interfering in the aforesaid dispute. which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal ancl. arbitrary. 4. Per contra, learned Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 would submit that the 6h respondent in the present Writ petition had approached the 3.d respondent authority and submitted a dt.O2.Ol.2O2S, against the petitioner herein; that rvhile the enquiry rnto the aforesaid complaint is pending, the petitioner,s son had approached the respondents_authorities a complaint and gave agalnst the 66 respondent herein on 24.O3.2025; arrd that the authorities, on recciving the aforesaid complaint of the pedtioner,s son, have made a GD entry and caused enquiry into the same. 5. representation/complaint, Learned Government pleader lurther submits that except for the purpose of causing enquiry into the aforementioned complaints lodged against the petitioner as well as by the petitioner,s son, the are not interfering in the civil disputes nor respondents_authorities coercing the petitioner o. rhe aroresaid business, ;Xr': :; concerned with the running of the business or the loss sustained ;:;*:,,::"j:": therein. 6 The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record 3 7 . Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made as above, and since, the respondents-authorities claim to have received complaint against the petitioner herein as well as the complaint made by the petitioner's son against the 6th respondent herein, this. Court rs of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct enquiry into the aforesaid complaints, and if the contents of the same warrant initiation of action, the authorities shall do so, strictly in accordance with law.
8. Subject to the above observation and direction, the Writ Pet"ition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
