THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.ESWARAIAH WRIT PETITION No.3398 of 2007 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to register the crime basing on the complaint filed by the petitioner, investigate into the same and submit a report to this Court. The subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment, dated 06.02.2007, rendered by this Court in W.P.Nos.21709 of 2005 and batch. Following the said judgment, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to set the law into motion by filing a private complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for taking appropriate action.
