2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.l to 4 in the crime case registered for the offences punishabre under Sections 69, 31g(4), 1 18(1), 352, 351(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhith a,2023.
3. Heard Mr.Venkatramanaiah.K, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr-Jithender Rao veeramaila, rearned Additionar pubric prosecutor, representing the respondent No.'l-state and Mr.Mogili Anaveni, Iearned counsel for the respondent No.2/de_facfo complainant.
4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2/de-facfo complainant filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 0f 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the setflement to quash the proceedings against the - petitioners/accused in Crime No.4 of ZO2S. 7 NT&/ IANos2andlaJ2025 ttf ati Cr/.l>.N0. 4826 al2025

This Court vide order dated 07'04'2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement' The Secrelary' High Court Legal servicescommittee,hassubmittedreportdatedls'04'2O2Sstatingthat the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlement/comPromlse'
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record'

Having considered the allegations' the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties' in the light of the dictums in Gran Singh v' Stafe of Punjab and anothe/ and Anit Mishrav. State of tJ'P'zi State of Madhya Pradesh v' Laxmi Narayan and other{. this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr'P'C't528 of BNSS' 2023' would be in the interest of justice. | 2012 (10) scc 303 'z 2024 INSC 189 i 2019 (s) scc 688 3 Ar]R/ IA.Not.2 aul 3 of 2025 itt/ and CrlP.No. 4826 o.f 2025 B.
