VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition N 10335 of 2025 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.1 to 3, and perused the record.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ petition at the admission stage and the /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that the 4th respondent is orally summoning the petitioners to the 3d respondent-police station and threatening them to setue the civil dispute existing between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6, thereby, interfering in civil dispute, which action of the respondents, it is aontended as highly illegal, arbitrary and without sanction/authority of law.

It is also contended on beharf of the petitioners that the petitioners herein had approached the concerned competent Court of civil jurisdiction by filing a suit, vide O.S.No.40 of 2014 on the file of the principal lunior Civil Judge, Jagtial, against the 5b respondent herein, for perpetual injunction, and had obtained a judgment and decree in their favour. 2 Y-t!

Per contra, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3, while denying the writ averments, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioners on 20.03.2025, the authorities have registered a case, videCrime No.67 of 2025 on the file of the 3'd respondent police station.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that on the respondents-authorities registering the aforesaid crime against the unofficial respondents herein, the authorities have issued notices under Sections 9U160 Cr.P.C. on 25.03.2025, 29.03.2025 and 02.04.2025.ca11in9 upon the petitioners to provide information/documents and despite the petitioners being served with the aforesaid three notices, they have not come fonarard with i nformation/documents/reply. 7 . Learned Government Pleader further submits that in the meantime, the 6s respondent had approached the respondents-authorities and lodged a complaint on 22.03.2025, against the petitioners; that on receiving the aforesaid complaint, the authorities have made a GD entry and after causing preliminary enquiry, closed the same on 22..03.2025. B. Learned Government Pleader further submits that the 6th respondent thereafter had approached the 3'd respondent and lodged a complaint on 26.03.2025 claiming that the petitioners have trespassed into his land and abused; and that on receiving the aforesaid complaint, the I I 3 authorities have made a GD entry and called the petitioners for enquiry to verify the contents of the said complaint. g.LearnedGovernmentPleaderfurthersubmitgthattherespondents authorities except investigating into the crime registered on the basis of the complaint received against the petitioners, from the 6th respondent dt.26.03.2025 are neither threatening nor interfering in the civil dispute existingbetweenthepetitionersandtheunofficialrespondentNos'5and

In view of the submissions made as above, since the respondents- authorities claim to have issued notices under section 91/160 cr.P.c. in connection with Crime No.67 of 2025 registered on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioners as well as the complaint made by the 6th respondent on 26.03.2025, against the petitioners herein, this Court is of the view that the respondents are to be directed to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crime and complaint, strictly in accordance with law.
12. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of' No order as to costs. 4 i3.
