4.Pendingthispetition,thepartieshaveenteredintothecompromlse and, accordingly. they moved l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in P'R C No 136 of 2424 2 N7R./ I.l.Not.2 and 3 of 2025 ia/ and Cr/.P.No. 17 ij af 2025 5 This court vide order dated 21 .04.2025 referred the parties to the High court Legal Services committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the setflement. The secretary, High court Legar services committee, has submitted report dated zg.o4.2o2s stating that the parties were identified by their respective counser and arso on verification of Aadhar cards/rdentity cards and the enquiries reveared that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenVcomprom ise. 6 I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record 7 ' The accusations against the petitioner in the poiice Report are that on 15.06-2024 at about 3.00 AM, the petitioner/accused had attacked and stabbed his mother/de facfo comprainant on her stomach, right hand and right thigh with vegetable knife demanding money or transfer the property on his name. Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable setflement between the mother/respondent No.2/de facro comprainant and son/petitioner/accused and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian singh v- sfate of punjab and anotherl and Anit Mishra v. state of I i | 2012 (1o) scc 303 :'...:1!1f ;1t aara},1.3,:,':-:, 3 ^,]&/ IA.Nm. 2 und ) o;f 2025 in/ and Crl.P-No- 475) of 2025 U.P.z; State of Madhya pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and oflrersr, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the setrement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.p.C.t528 of BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of lustice. B. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequenfly, all proceedings in p.R.C. No. 136 o,f 2024 on the file of the learned Xlll Additional N/etropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused. o Resultantly, the Criminal petition is allowed.
